30-day money-back guarantee on every guide. If a guide isn't right for you, email us within 30 days of buying and we'll refund you in full. You don't need to give a reason.

How to ask

Email the character you bought from (carol@, hank@, diane@, marisol@ or june@theporchside.com) with the email address you used at checkout. We reply within 2 business days. Refunds go back to your original payment method through Dodo Payments, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
